The FINANCIAL SECRETARY to the TREASURY (Mr. Pethick-Lawrence)The Gold Delegation of the League of Nations are, I understand, meeting again next month with a view to considering their final Report on the whole subject of gold movements. I must not be taken to accept the hon. Member's implication that these movements are directed for political purposes, nor does my right hon. Friend feel called upon to take any action in the matter.
