§ Mr. DALTONNo, Sir.
Mr. MANGERWill the Foreign Secretary bear in mind that in any extension of the Treaty it is desirable that its terms should be dependent on general disarmament by all parties thereto, in-eluding particularly France?
§ Mr. DALTONI hesitate to name particulars. What the hon. Member asked me was whether His Majesty's Government have considered the advisability of abandoning the Treaty of Locarno in its present form, and the answer is in the negative. I would rather not be led on to other fields.
