Mr. LOVAT-FRASERasked the Secretary of State for War if his attention has been called to the case of Corporal Sidney James, who, after conviction for stealing food valued at 9½d., was sentenced by court-martial at Lichfield to reduction to the ranks, 112 days' imprisonment, and discharged from the service with ignominy; and if he will reconsider the case with a view to alleviating this sentence?
