Lords Amendment: In page 20, line 33, at end, insert: (2) No compensation shall be payable under section forty-three of the Small Holdings and Allotments Act, 1908, or under the foregoing provisions of this section, to any person for whom a small holding is provided under Part II of this Act.

I beg to inform the House that this Amendment raises the question of Privilege.

I beg to move, "That this House doth agree with the Lords in the said Amendment."

This was moved at an earlier place in the Bill, and it does not affect the finances of the Bill so far as the application of the Bill is concerned.
