HC Deb 23 July 1931 vol 255 cc1669-70
61. Mr. FREEMAN

asked the Minister of Health whether his attention has been called to the case of the child of W. A. Nance-Kievill, of St. Julians Road, Newport, Monmouth, who died on 11th July, following vaccination on 6th June; whether he is aware that the child was previously found to be quite healthy; whether Government vaccine from calf-lymph was used; whether the operation was performed by the public vaccinator; whether the instrument was properly sterilised; and whether vaccination proceeded in the ordinary way?

Mr. GREENWOOD

My attention had not previously been called to this case, but I am making inquiries and will communicate the result to my bon. Friend.
