§ 34. Sir NICHOLAS GRATTAN-DOYLEasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he can now make a statement as to the progress of the negotiations in regard to the question of reparation payments, inter-governmental debts, and the credit requirements of Germany?
Mr. A. HENDERSONAs regards reparations and inter-governmental debts, I have nothing to add to the statements which have already been made in this House. As the House will be aware, a Conference of Ministers will open this evening for the purpose of considering the financial condition of Germany. In addition to this country, the States represented at this conference will be:
- Belgium.
- France.
- Germany.
- Italy.
- Japan.
- United States of America.
