24. Sir N. STEWART SANDEMAN(for Mr. HAMMERSLEY) asked the Secretary of State for India whether he is in possession of any statistics showing the large increase of the importation into India of non-Indian raw cotton, and if he has any information as to the attitude of the Congress party in this connection?
