Major WOOD(for Mr. MILLAR) asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what reply has been given to the inquiry received from the Netherlands Minister as to whether His Majesty's Government would be prepared to participate in an international conference with a view to the revision of the North Sea Fisheries Convention of 1882; and whether he is prepared to invite all the Powers interested in the North Sea fisheries to attend a conference on this subject?
