Members will be aware, invitations were issued by His Majesty's Government on 10th July to the Belgian, French, German, Italian, Japanese and United States Governments to send representatives to a meeting of financial experts to be held at the Treasury in London on 17th July to consider and recommend the measures necessary to give effect to President Hoover's proposal. No final decision has yet been taken in regard to a meeting of Ministers.
§ Sir K. WOODHas acceptance been signified by all the countries enumerated by the right hon. Gentleman in that invitation?
