§ Mr. GILLETTIt is not proposed to make any change whatever in the working of the Act. The right hon. Gentleman will remember that all applications have to go before the advisory committee by Act of Parliament.
§ Mr. HACKINGThere is nothing new at all about this question of giving credits to engineering products?
