§ Mr. HERBERT MORRISONThe position on 31st May last was that approximately 32,000 applications for public service vehicle licences and 27,000 applications for road service licences and backings remained to be dealt with by the traffic commissioners. It is hoped that they will all be disposed of by the end of this year.
