asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Trade, as representing the Forestry Commissioners, the number of persons housed on the forest workers' holdings set up by the Commissioners, the average rent of the holdings, the average acreage, the number of head of livestock held by the tenants, and the approximate total value of such stock; and the amount of the grants and loans by the Commissioners for the purchase of stock for these holdings?

The information required, taken from the latest census of the forest workers' holdings established by the Forestry Commissioners, is set out in a table which, with the permission of the House, I will circulate in the OFFICIAL REPORT.
