Major CHURCHasked the President of the Board of Trade if he can give the House any information as to the terms of agreement between the Austrian and French Governments under which the French Government give to woollen goods manufactures in Austria a tariff preference on their goods entering France provided that such goods are made from yarns spun in and purchased from France?
