asked the Prime Minister if he is prepared to grant facilities for the further stages of the Works Councils Bill?

I am afraid that I can hold out no hope of time being found for the discussion of this Bill.

In view of the great advantages which this Measure would bring to industry, will the Prime Minister consider giving it facilities either next Session or the Session after?
