§ Mr. DALTONThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. A further note from the French Government has recently been received and is now being examined.
§ Colonel HOWARD-BURYCan the hon. Member yet say whether this matter is going to be taken to the Hague? Has not the condition of affairs rather changed since the original note?
§ Mr. DALTONHis Majesty's Government made an offer in July of last year to take the question to the Hague, but that offer has up to date not been accepted by the French Government.
