I beg to move, That it is expedient that the Solicitors (Clients' Accounts) Bill be referred to a Joint Committee of both Houses of Parliament. Those who are interested will remember that the Bill that received a Second Reading on Friday last at the instance of the hon. Member for Cambridge University (Sir J. Withers) was referred—
