HC Deb 28 January 1931 vol 247 c960
40. Mr. HORRABIN

asked the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies whether the report of the Abo Commission of Inquiry into the disturbances in Southern Nigeria has yet been considered; and what, if any, changes will be made in the administration in the light of this report?

Dr. SHIELS

The report has been very carefully considered, and a despatch conveying my Noble Friend's decisions has been sent to the Acting-Governor. As soon as that despatch has been received in Nigeria it will be published in this country.
