HC Deb 28 January 1931 vol 247 c972
65. Sir VICTOR WARRENDER

asked the Minister of Transport whether he is aware of the condition of the Bardney Fen road in Kesteven; and, in view of the number of accidents that have occurred recently and the weight of traffic borne on this road, what steps he proposes to take in the matter?

Mr. HERBERT MORRISON

I assume that the hon. Member refers to the road between the Kesteven county boundary at Bardney and Branston Booths. I have not received any representations regarding either the condition of the road or accidents which have occurred on it. I am arranging, however, for one of my engineers to take an early opportunity of inspecting it.
