§ Mr. SANDERSAs regards Germany, the number and equipment of the forces is governed by Articles 160, 164 and 174 of the Treaty of Versailles. As regards the other countries mentioned, there is no published information about the reserves, and I am therefore unable to make an authoritative statement.
