asked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether the Educational Endowment Commissioners have had submitted to them from the Duncan of Jordanstone Trustees a scheme for the erection of a school of art in Dundee?

I understand that the Duncan of Jordan-stone Trustees have asked the Educational Endowment Commissioners to sanction the erection of the two north-most blocks of the school which they propose to build and that the commissioners have given their consent.
