§ Mr. WARDLAW-MILNEWe are all anxious not to do anything to upset the conversations which are taking place, but I should like to ask the Secretary of State for India if he will endeavour to see that any statement which is made should be made in this House, and should not appear as a disjointed statement in the newspapers?
