Mr. A. HENDERSONExpenditure from public funds at the rate of £120 a month has been authorised for providing relief, in suitable cases, for destitute British nationals in Soviet Russia. Repatriation expenses are paid, when necessary, but no fixed sum has been sanctioned for this purpose.
