§ Dr. ADDISONAs my hon. Friend is aware, I have already communicated with the Joint Standing Committee to the National Poultry Council and Masters of Foxhounds Association upon this subject, and have been informed that the matter will be investigated at once. I propose to send the Joint Committee a copy of the petition mentioned by my hon. Friend, and will consider the whole question further when the results of my communications with the Committee are available.
