Mr. CHATERasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he will obtain particulars from His Majesty's representatives in Germany concerning a recent decree of the German Ministry of Economy declaring null and void all agreements between manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers as regards the retail prices for trade-marked articles and ordering a 10 per cent. cut in the prices for such articles; and whether he will inform the House of the result?
