asked the Home Secretary whether the Government have considered the position of cinemas which are opening on Sundays in the express absence of any licence to do so; and what decision it has reached in the matter?

son may be convicted or sentenced in respect of a whole series of offences, or may be found guilty and dealt with under the Probation of Offenders Act without being convicted at all, an answer in the exact terms of the question would be misleading.
