§ Mr. BENNI would refer to the answer that I gave last Monday to my hon. and gallant Friend the Member for Central Hull (Lieut.-Commander Kenworthy). It has always been my practice to inquire into any specific allegations brought to my notice. Such also is the practice of local governments in India.
