§ Mr. CLYNESI propose to receive a deputation at an early date from the Cinematograph Exhibitors on this subject, and I am to-day receiving a deputation from the London County Council. My hon. Friend may rest assured that a soon as I am in a position to make any statement to this House I shall do so without delay, but he will recognise that the matter is one which requires careful consideration.
