asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether there is any alteration in the situation in China since he made his last statement; and will he give particulars?

There has been no change in the situation since the 21st of January, when a statement was made in reply to the hon. and gallant Member for the Isle of Wight (Captain P. Macdonald).
