Mr. A. HENDERSONThe discussions referred to by the hon. and gallant Member are still proceeding, and I can, therefore, make no further statement at present.
§ Captain MACDONALDWill the right hon. Gentleman say whether there is a likelihood of agreement?
Mr. HENDERSONAs the hon. and gallant Member knows, this is a very difficult case, and I am doing my best. I have had interviews with representatives of the company, and I have instructed the Ambassador in Moscow, who is doing his level best, and there will be no delay, so far as we are concerned.
