§ Mr. MONTAGUEThere are no service or licensed civil aerodromes or landing grounds in the county of Moray or Elgin, maintenance of which entails any cost to the State. There are, however, in this county as in others, areas available for use for individual flights by arrangement with the owners on payment of a small charge on each occasion of such user.
