Mr. GRAHAMI would refer to the answer which I gave to a similar question by the hon. and gallant Member on 9th December last. The position has not changed since that date.
§ Sir A. POWNALLWould the right hon. Gentleman make inquiries from our Commercial Representative in Moscow and Rome to see if he can get this information, which would be of great value?
Mr. GRAHAMI have made inquiries, but, as I informed my hon. and gallant Friend, they were not prepared at that date to disclose the details of the arrangements, and my inquiry shows that this is still their position.
