§ Mr. GILLETTAccording to the information available in my Department legislation requiring the milling of a proportion of home-grown wheat is in force in France, Luxemburg, Germany, Czechoslovakia, Norway, Sweden, Latvia, Switzerland and Portugal. In Spain importation of wheat is prohibited.
§ Mr. ALBERYHas the hon. Gentleman any information as to the reason for the introduction of this legislation in so many European countries?
§ Mr. GILLETTI should require notice of that question.
§ Sir WILLIAM MITCHELL-THOMSONWill the hon. Gentleman consider the issue of a Paper giving some detailed information on this subject? I think that the Minister of Agriculture promised something of that kind before Christmas.
