§ Mr. RUNCIMANDuring the six months ended October, 1931, the only chemicals imported into the United Kingdom and registered as consigned from Palestine were 2,480 cwts. of bromine and bromides. No such imports were registered during the first four months of this year. I am unable to say whether these imports came from the Dead Bea Company, or to which countries all or part may have been re-exported.
