YOUNGThe Housing Act, 1930, came into operation on the 15th August, 1930, and I am informed that between that date and the 31st December, 1930, the latest date for which figures are available, 11 appeals were entered under Section 22 of the Act. Of these five were withdrawn or otherwise disposed of and six were pending on the 31st December.
