§ Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTERA copy of the Kenya Standing Orders relating to the collection of money from natives is being placed in the Library of the House. The hon. Member will see from these orders that, while permits for the collection of funds are required, it is the intention of the Colonial Government that whenever application is made for a permit it should in normal circumstances be granted.
