§ Miss BONDFIELDOf the two schemes which, as stated in my reply of 5th February to my hon. Friend, were then under consideration by the Unemployment Grants Committee, one small scheme to cost £169 was rejected as ineligible for grant. The other scheme, of an estimated cost of £9,630 has been withdrawn and I understand the Council propose to revise this scheme and submit it again.
