§ Dr. ADDISONI am advised that an amendment of the Agricultural Produce (Grading and Marking) Act, 1928, will be necessary before a National Mark scheme for jam can be introduced. The proposals to be laid before Parliament in this connection are now under consideration.
§ Viscount ELMLEYWill the right hon. Gentleman remember how very important it is that this scheme should be brought into operation as soon as possible?
