HALLasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer to what extent the British Government are concerned in any way with the proposal for the establishment of an international bank to finance 1628 trade with new markets; will he say what is the present position of the scheme; whether it involves any financial guarantees on the part of the Government; and what is the limit of those guarantees?
