§ Mr. HERBERT MORRISONI am unable to state when the Ross and Cromarty County Council are likely to commence the construction of the proposed bridged over Dornie Ferry. I understand that the county council are endeavouring to obtain a firm estimate of the full cost of the scheme, including compensation, and that until this estimate has been obtained, no decision to proceed with the scheme will be taken by them. I am writing to the right hon. Member more fully in the matter.
