§ Mr. GREENWOODAs explained in the reply given to a similar question by the hon. Member for Rossendale (Mr. Law) on 20th March, 1930, provision is already made under the National Health Insurance Acts for the protection of insured persons in such eases, and I am not satisfied as to the need for amending legislation on this matter.
