§ Dr. ADDISONReturns showing the number of allotments on the 31st December, 1930, are now being tabulated and the figures will be available in about a month. In view of the fact that there are approximately 12,000 local authorities responsible for the provision of allotments, I cannot see my way to incur the expense which would be involved in preparing special returns.
