§ Miss LAWRENCEMy right hon. Friend is informed that 274 houses in the county borough of Walsall have been represented by the medical officer of health as being unfit for human habitation. The council propose to build 1,000 houses under the Housing Act, 1930, during the next five years in addition to 3,000 houses under the Housing Act, 1924.
