§ Mr. CLYNESThere is little I can add to my replies on the 2nd instant. I can assure the hon. Member that all reasonable consideration will be shown for the interests of shoppers and shopkeepers, but High Street, Bromley, is an important main road carrying heavy traffic, and if that traffic is obstructed by waiting cars it is the duty of the police to intervene.
