§ Mr. PETHICK-LAWRENCEYes, I believe that is so. The House will appreciate that the report of a Royal Commission is a matter for the Royal Commission itself and it is outside my province to produce a report from a Royal Commission when it is sitting. It is for them alone to decide their own procedure.
