§ Mr. GREENWOODI think I am right in saying that the five-year programme of the London County Council from now onwards is 33à¡©per cent, higher than in the first five years.
§ Mr. WESTDoes the figure of 82, which my right hon. Friend has given for the Royal Borough of Kensington, show an increase as compared with the previous five years?
§ Mr. GREENWOODI could not say, but I may inform my hon. Friend that, as the result of representations, the borough council is again considering its programme.
