Smith)Figures for the three months are not yet available but during the first two months of this year the declared value of the imports into the United Kingdom registered as consigned from the Soviet Union was £3,676,951. During the same two months the exports of United Kingdom goods to the Soviet. Union were £926,093, and re-exports £296,834.
§ Mr. HACKINGIs it not a fact that with these enormous credit balances in London the Soviet Government are purchasing foreign goods which could be purchased in this country
