Mr. A. HENDERSONThree foreign countries have raised their Legations in London to Embassies during the past five years, namely, the Argentine Republic, Poland, and Chile. The Ambassadors of these countries presented their letters of credence on the 14th February, 1928, 19th November, 1929, and 22nd May, 1930, respectively.
