HC Deb 14 April 1931 vol 251 c166

Motion made, and Question proposed, "That this House do now adjourn."—[Mr. T. Kennedy.]

Sir JOHN SIMON

I had intended on the Adjournment to raise what is a very important question, the question of the mui-tsai in Hong Kong, and to ask a question of my hon. Friend the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies who has been good enough to come here tonight. He has told me that he can be here to-morrow, and I think it would be for the convenience of the House if I raised the matter on the Adjournment then.

Adjourned accordingly at Nineteen Minutes after Eleven o'Clock.
