asked the Minister of Health if his [...]ention has been called to the system in [...]gue in some towns of councillors dealin[...] with public assistance cases in their [...]own neighbourhood; whether he is a[...]e that this practice leads to undesirab[...] results; and whether the Ministry of Health will consider the desirability of recommending to the different public authorities concerned the reconstitution of rotating committees?

The answer to the first part of the question is in the negative and to the second and third that I am not at present aware of any sufficient reason for special action on my part.
