Ordered, That no Bills, other than Government Bills, be introduced in anticipation of the ballot, and that all Members who desire to ballot, whether for Bills or for Motions for Wednesdays the 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th November, do hand in their names at the Table during the Sitting of the House on Tuesday, the 28th October or Wednesday, the 29th October, and a copy of the Notice of such Bill or Motion be handed in at the latest during the Sitting of the House on Thursday, the 30th October.

Ordered, That the ballot for the precedence of the said Bills and Motions he taken on Thursday, 30th October, at a convenient time and place appointed by Mr. Speaker, and that presentation of Bills on Friday, the 31st October be taken at the commencement of Public Business."—[The Prime Minister.]
